Before amending the Canada Act (BNA Act 1867) for purposes of deleting the Canada Senate as a functional implement of the democratic process; perhaps we should consider instituting Fact before Fiction - i.e., Question : is there a Canada when considering Free Prior Informed Consent in relation to the illicit Hudson's Bay Company Charter; and, the June 3rd 2015 Canada Truth & Reconciliation Commission Report, which determined (n.b. 1996 Royal Commission on Aboriginal Peoples) that crimes committed against aboriginal , indigenous "Indian" children at those "residential & day Schools" constituted "cultural genocide" - not to mention the corrupt "settlements" as counselled by lawyers who failed to adequately advise those said victims of FMV : Fair Market Value financial compensation as prevailing for non-native children in Canada ($1.5 Million versus median average $30,000) ... and, then there is the matter of Unjust Enrichment through seizure of lands and resources, while continuing to excessively imprison native adults; seizing native children into government care; depriving a sequestered Peoples in absence of adequate medical care, education and employment - and continuing to employ the "Big Lie" through 'Gladio" perversion of "false flags" ...???

... All of the above, while the Haudenosaunee and the Dutch celebrated 400 years of good trade relations through the 1613 Two Row Wampum Covenant Chain protocols.

... Oh, yes, about the Canadian Senate : There is no Crown Canada Ship in absence of the Canoe Peoples permitting the landing of the Vessel : and, such has NOT occurred yet : There Are No legitimate TREATIES - the HBC was not permitted to purchase land (which they then sold to "Canada" for $300,000) ... There no legitimate Crown Lands ... all of the Turtle Island lands and resources remain within the legitimate governance of the Settled Peoples ("Indians" / Inuit / Metis) ... and, such is proceeding through that Inter-Govermental Organization called the United Nation Credentials Challenge Committee since 2013.

... And, so, In Truth We Trust : Profecto Nos Crede ... through which there will be a just and fair settlement arising through the International Original Indigenous Peoples Court Settlement Tribunal ... When Hell Freezes Over ... Note : re Extreme Climate Change ... Those Elders in Turtle Island North, who are guardians of the oldest Wampum Belt, caution with peace, trust and friendship (Gus Wen Tah) that there is no need to worry - All Is Eventually Returned During The Next Unfolding Great Freeze ...

The Ice To Thaw Solution ???  As you will see below, Settled Peoples propose a Canada Senate composed of Settled Peoples ("Indian" / Metis / Inuit) of the Canoe shall compose the Chamber of "Sober Second Thought"; exercising wisdom through custom laws; and, deciding through the eyes of duty of care to land and resource stewardship ... No House of Commons or provincial legislature statutes would be valid in absence of unanimity of Senate decision-making ... Entering into agreements with territories or countries outside of Turtle Island North / Canada would require unanimous voting from the Senate. And, senate authority would be prerequisite in declarations of war. Canoe peoples paramountcy over the Ship's Commander and subject citizens is vested and irreconcilable.
