The following is the overview of the campaign to recover damages from the illicit prosecution of me by
the Law Society of BC since 2013 : The purpose here is to set the precedent for recovery of
Chief Kaneekaneet's right in civil / criminal claim (the estate of) :

precisely, what the Canada Truth & Reconciliation Commission has reported and published Genocide
Our Mission extends beyond that to include the modern era claims of :
Continued seizure of children : 60% of all children across Canada that are taken into "care" by
social services are indigenous (CSSP) children
40% of men in jail are CSSP (consecutively settled sovereign Peoples); and, 30% are CSSP
women
Canada is still seizing individual land rights away from CSSP title holders
In my case (A) I argue that Canadian law only establishes jurisdiction through
nation-to-nation treaty - of which there are no treaties since the
Hudson's Bay Company Charter expired in 1690 -
and, the original Charter actually prohibited them from buying lands (HBC bought land; and,
then sold it to the emerging "Canada" prior to 1867;
And, (B) everyone is provided a right to legal counsel through international laws -
to which the Queen and Canada are obligated
I will be sent to jail on February 3rd for an indefinite time - until I agree that Canada exists and that
I am therefore obligated to cease giving legal advice without being a lawyer registered with a
Bar Association ... it looks like the only way that I will come out of prison is in a body bag ...

(A) Mom Ruby [HRH Stitumatulwut Kwa'mutsun Nation State] will continue to instruct her
Council to proceed on these nation state matters - especially, regards proceeding with the
Rocky Mountain Kelly Lake Cree Nation developments; and,
(B) Remy Andre van Pelt - my friend and business partner since 1989 -
will continue to be the Ambassador At Large for developing the Human Rights Legal Counsel Fund
